Product Description:
Coalescer filter element using polymer materials, which can make water molecules in the oil coalesce into large water droplets. and the water droplets without sedimentation will be captured by separator filter element when they settle down with gravity.
The droplets of oil, water and other liquids are captured by the ultrafine fibers inside the coalescer, and these micron-sized fibers form a twists and turns on the air flow, forcing the solid particles and liquid droplets were captured by ultrafine fiber under the action of inertial collision, spreading interception and direct interception three filter mechanism. The liquid surface tension make small water droplets coalescence into large droplets, due to gravity, large droplets will be set to the bottom if the container.
Coalescer filter element is made by high density gradient glassfiber. and the coalescer filter element is designed to single monolithic tube structure in order to reduce leakage.
The filter surface need to hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment, to meet various filter rating requirements.
Coalescer filter element is usually made from polyester fiber synthetic materials, with good compatibility with a variety of fluids. Coalescer filter element is made of multi-layer spiral structure, and every layer use different performance fiber, by controlling the shape, size, thickness, density of each layer fiber, to achieve the expected filtration accuracy.
Coalescer filter element use glassfiber or polyester fiber that was finished the surface treatment as coalescence medium, The special design of the filter structure make filter medium good coalescence performance. Filter Rating can be up to 0.1μm.
