1. 2) Irregular maintenance work: such as inspection and pressing or loosening of the guide rails, cleaning of the liquid level of the cooling water tank and the cleaning of the filter, smoothing of the chip conveyor, and elastic adjustment of the spindle transmission belt;
3) Inspection and maintenance work every six months or every year: such as ball screw grease replacement coating, replacement of spindle fuel tank oil, servo motor carbon brush cleaning of feeder, replacement of lubricating oil and cleaning of hydraulic pump.
